Modulo Pallet funnel

A low ceiling in the production area, but still be able to unload big bags on a frame? The solution is the Modulo Pallet Funnel. By placing the bigbag on a pallet first, and only then on the frame, the forklift does not need to place the bigbags on the loops on the frame. So ceiling height is no longer a limiting factor!

Easily unload small quantities from the bigbag, with the Modulo Pallet hopper you easily create a bigbag unloading station! The Modulo Pallet consists of a powder-coated steel frame with a steel pallet. This frame can be used to unload big bags with unloading hose.

The Modulo Pallet funnel works simply: the bigbag is placed on the bottom plate, the unloading hose drops through the hole in the bottom plate and is guided into the funnel. Unbutton and unload! Of course there remains a possibility to change systems later, this only takes a few minutes. Thanks to the fixed dosing valve, very precise dosing is possible, as it closes seamlessly. With a load capacity of 2000kg, this frame can easily handle any big bag.

Suitable for all "rolling" products such as animal feed, fertilizer and seeds. But also gravel, sand and, for example, coffee. The Modulo Pallet Funnel is of course suitable for the food industry, the materials used meet the requirements of this sector.
